I had been hyping up the pretzels and other food to my mom for a long time and both of us decided to order some to try them out. I ordered the spicy pretzel which I thought said came with cheese and mustard and my mom ordered the plain pretzel with beer cheese. I got home and there was no cheese with either pretzel. I had to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the left out cheese. I was then given only one cup of beer cheese when the description of the spicy pretzel mentioned that it came with some as well. I understand mistakes happen and the lady that serviced me was very nice. I am just

If you’re looking for a good place to shoot some games of pool and eat an appetizer and drink a beer or maybe you’re just wanting to sit down and watch Monday night football and eat a burger then definitely come to the oaks! The owner (Jack) even does free pool during certain hours/days! Great decorations and amazing people. The bartender makes perfect drinks and every beverage comes in a frosted glass! Definitely consider the oaks because you’ll never find anything like it!

Very nasty employees. I called prior to ordering to ensure that my food will be cooked to my liking since I’m pregnant but the man who answered the phone was nonchalant. I received my food and was missing and item I called about that missing item and I was told they didn’t have it and was hung up on . I proceeded to call back expressing the concerns about me being hung up on and was told the same thing. I have grace since the reviews were low but now I see why .
