This Dunkin absolutely needs to be shut down or completely taken over. Go here if you like SEWER COFFEE. Waited 12mins in the drive thru on a Thursday at 10am for 2 iced coffees.. came home and threw them away. 2 pieces of melted ice, marshmallow cold foam completely disintegrated. The overall drinks tasted absolutely vile. Like BURNT WATER. These workers should all be fired, seriously. How hard can it be to click buttons?? Each time I try and give this location another chance, it’s the same things.

I asked for a singe scoop of ice cream IN A CONE which was priced at almost $5 by the way AND I WAS GIVEN A SPOONFUL OF ICE CREAM IN A CUP at most this is absolutely despicable…do not come to this location for basking robbins this is not the only time I have been disappointed by the service and food quality dont waste your time or money here !!!

This location is always terrible when the Eastern European man is working. The wait time is ridiculous. I ordered a donut and a bagel and had to wait 20 minutes. The cold foam on the refreshers is non existent. He always forgets items. Now I’m late to work because of how long it took with mediocre food.

This bar none is the most poorly run Dunkin. They never have the donut I want even in the mornings. We’re out of all refresher by 11am! Took our order for Mango refresher, got to the window. Oh sorry out of Mango too! We drove off! If I wanted a coffee I’d order one! I’ve been to Dunkin in Roselle and on Lake, etc. The always have my donut the chocolate long John or Old Fashion! The location needs properly trained staff or the owner should sell his franchise! They always have teens running the store, slow and talk to much to other staff!!
