It's always amazing to see a restaurant blooming with business as much as this place. I was lucky to have a seat without having to wait but I would really recommend you to reserve a table in advance. The place was so crowded, it made the atmosphere so lively. I saw that they even have live music on particular days as well which would have made it even more entertaining. The atmosphere at Paper Plate was really nice and welcoming. I ordered the pineapple rice with basil and shrimp, and the rice itself was delicious and full of flavor. The shrimp felt more like an add‑on than part of the dish, but they were cooked perfectly—big, juicy, and tender. I also tried the pot stickers. They were presented well and cooked nicely, but they lacked some flavor, even though they did have a bit of heat. I ordered my rice “hot,” but the spice level was much milder than expected. Overall, the rice was the standout of the meal.
