This place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was very fresh and tasty. Being from Alabama this was quite a new and amazing experience. Although there was one problem with my order I'm still very pleased with the visit. I contacted the store about the issue with my order she promptly said the matter will be corrected on my next visit. I give this experience an A+++++ Get with the program Alabama and bring DQ Chicken and Dumplings to your locations!!! And any other State that doesn't offer this item on the menu!!

Ordered a Father's Day cake online that they had advertised on their window. The email confirmation said it would be ready for pickup at 6. I told the women at the front that I had ordered a cake online. She asked for my name. Then another lady came and asked what I needed. I said "I ordered a cake online". They both came back and said "no order for my name". I went out to the car to pull up my order confirmation when one of them came out and said they found my order but it would just be a blank cake. Armando is a true example of management and leadership. He provides great customer service each and every time we come to this location. From a great greet to making sure that orders are filled in a timely manner and correct, his great personality shines through. He motivates his crew and keeps this restaurant clean as well.
