Good soul food restaurant in Harlem! Perfect for groups! Location: It is located at the corner of W 120th st and Frederick Douglas Blvd. The restaurant is big with lot of seating. Street parking is available. Service: we went with a group and definitely help us. Food: I only ordered the fried chicken with red velvet pancakes. And the chicken was the star here. It was very crunchy and well seasoned. The red velvet pancakes were burnt tho but still taste good. Price rating: 8/10. It was not expensive for the good food and location. We ducked into Chocolat to escape the rain and ended up discovering one of the best parts of our trip. We had brunch and, a little over an hour later, decided we had room for dessert. Had a great time. Whenever someone comes in town to visit this is where I take them. I absolutely LOVE the shrimp & gritss. I need to know how take make the Lobster roux.
