They forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and it's burnt😑. Burnt on the outside and barely toasted in the inside. Literally disgusting. Didn't think I would have to check for that in the drive through. First time ordering here not really a Dunkin/breakfast person and it's going to stay that way. Waste of money don't order here. 1/10/26 Literally don't go here I decided to try it again and just order a dozen and a half donuts through the mobile app placed at 8:26. I got there at 9:00 and they said they never received my order. I had to go in find out where the transaction history was because

Watch out here or you'll get scammed! Didn't realize til I got home but I was charged almost $5 a piece for black coffees that should be 3 and some change. Even tried clarifying why it cost more than it should and took her word for it until getting home and checking the prices myself.

The drive through cashier is very rude and usually has a attitude every day, perhaps she isn't a morning person and should make drinks / food and not greet your customers because she will cause people like myself to go to another location!! Didn't see her name but she works during the 7am time that I come through the line. Bring the other cashier back she was more professional and manerable in the AM.
