I went there about five minutes ago and I asked for a whopper with cheese no tomatoes no onions , once I received my food and was preparing to eat it had onions and tomatoes on it so I took it back and they remake it so that time they gave me the burger but it had nothing on it but ketchup and mayo , the only thing I didn’t want on it was tomatoes and onions , so I take it back and for the last time they remake it but still didn’t put cheese on it 🤦🏾‍♀️ . The kitchen staff thought that they mistakes was funny . 0/10 experience do not recommend !! .

I can say with confidence that this is by far the worst restaurant in Hattiesburg Mississippi. When I went to Burger King to order lunch, my expectations weren’t all that high to begin with because after all it is Burger King. For starters, I ordered and they got the entire order wrong. They told me to pull to the first window. The first window was not being used at all so I went to the second window. I paid my $13 and something change tab with a $20 bill. My family and I had the BEST experience this afternoon. Trey was our cashier and was SOOOOOO nice!!! He was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions for my order that really helped. Thank you all for making our experience so pleasant! 🤗

Ordered 2 weeks ago and they left off one of my sandwiches and didn’t leave off lettuce and add pickles to 3 of the sandwiches I got. The fries were old and cold. Customer service was awesome. I got a gift card for $15 to replace my bad order. I went back a week ago and ordered. Fries weren’t fresh again. They didn’t leave anything off but they didn’t add the pickles to 3 sandwiches I ordered. Obviously they have a problem getting orders correct. I’ll eat there again but I will check everything before leaving
