I try not to be too critical when it comes to fast food chains but the inconsistency of this particular Dunks cannot go unnoticed. I always order hash browns at any Dunkin’s that I go to and every single time I go to this Dunkin’s in particular I’m served a bag of literal slop. I’d rather eat prison food than this. The hash browns are legitimately cold, wet, and discolored. As a regular customer, I shouldn’t need to quality check every single item that I receive when I stop by. This location has plenty of parking plus a drive thru, clean bathrooms, and rapid service. They accurately made my drink. I didn’t order any food, just coffee.

I order my coffee the same way every single day for years. For the employees to think I'm dumb and don't realize they only put one shot of espresso instead of two is comical. I can tell by the color. The ice is almost always melted leaving it watery and tasting like sock water. This has been ongoing. I switched the store I go to but just recently went back and nothing has changed.

Ordered a matcha with almond milk, got my drink and the label said oatmilk so I asked the girl who made my drink if it was made wrong or if maybe the cashier misheard me, she assured me it was made with almond milk and the label was wrong. Sure enough I take a sip and it’s oatmilk
