I buy food here once a year mainly due to poor customer service. Online orders can only be picked up inside idk why? If u tell them on the drive through ur picking up they clearly rant and stop talking. I recieved attitude from the so called manager, but kept it calm and looked at her with disappointment, her posture cooled off. I told her it be easier to post the info online she agreed. Not the first time, not the first bad review. They need any or all of these, training/suspension/ or fired. Feeding is a privilege based on many reviews these ladies always have a temper and make ok food taste

Horrible hard food, wedges were bricks ( as if they've been sitting under lights for days). While slow around 3:00 p.m. took 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me at the counter. After no less than 4 employees made eye contact with me. This is the worst location ever. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Walked in on time for my pickup order, there was nobody in the store eating then one other person waiting for a pickup. The staff had not started either one of our orders had to wait in additional 25 minutes. Once I received my order it was not complete had to ask for the missing fries, the manager apologized and handed me a small fry, I told him it was supposed to be a large fry and showed him the family meal description, I then watched him take the small fry and dump it into the large fry container and place it back in the bag and hand it to me. 7 out 10 times that I use the KFC mobile app to order the store gets the order wrong. Today I was missing a box with 3pc tenders, biscuit and coleslaw. I over heard the employees talking after I told them my order was wrong and one of them said “shit happens”. The person putting the order together has 1 important job to do, look at the receipt and make sure everything paid for is in the bag. Why can’t KCF in Haverhill get this right? P.S on my order tonight I did not receive any of the 4 sauces requested. I stopped using uber to order because I would always end up driving myself to the store
