Absolute worse!! Did an online order they kept me waiting for 20 minutes nobody was attending the drive thru at all , the ice in my drink melted made the soda taste like rotten water , the bag was greasy and I wanted to add on lettuce to the sandwich they never did and the burger tasted like plastic was cold and tastes funny!! The absolute worse would never recommend it to anyone. The person handed me my food was super rude and had an attitude even after making me wait for 20 minutes tried calling the restaurant nobody responded

Ordered 5 piece Chicken tenders... these are the "tenders" I waited 10 minutes for 😡 What are these?! Not to mention a child bit into one and said "it tasted nasty. Is it old?" The appearance looks like they haven't cleaned their fryer in a while Update- They replied on here AFTER I had already notified them online. 4 days later, STILL no one has reached out smh

The customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was so-so. There was a kids play area but it looked like it was trashed - literal trash bags balled up and attached to the play area. I'm not sure what was happening there. The food was sub-par. My burger had cold meat, and my fries were warm. I didn't complain because I'm pregnant and I was starving. But I definitely won't be returning. I feel like the restaurant used to be better, with better quality meat and other offerings. I would not recommend Hardee's. It might be better for breakfast. I have only ordered on the app but my food is always ready on time and hot! OMG the blueberry biscuits, tender wraps (remind me of McDonald’s) the peach shake and tea are to die for. The straight fries remind of of A&W I LOVE IT HERE
