This place blew away my expectations it was the most delicious and authentic tasting eggs benedict I’ve had in Hemet, compliments to their chef! They can cook up some fire 🔥👌 The staff was so awesome and kind, the atmosphere was great it wasn’t super chatty and loud like most restaurants, and they played good music! My first time here and I absolutely loved it, I can’t go anywhere else now to get eggs benedict. Early Bird Cafe is the best spot in town!!!! 🤗🍳🥓☕️🧡

Once again great service and food. Everything was fantastic, on this occasion sat a few tables down from a extrodinary published poet and shared a wonderful conversation and seemingly shared life stories with only having recently met. A part of the ambiance of this go to diner, you never know who you could end up meeting and sharing a meal with.

I forget how good & reasonable plus service & music & clean this little local restaurant is. I tried Chile rellanos omelette, yum yum...big portions, homemade tortilla, for a little upcharge I got good quality GRITS, shared with a friend .. First time trying the Early Bird Cafe. The Cafe has a bright and clean atmosphere with cheery servers. The food was good the service great(Elisa did a good job), prices fair, selection vast for a breakfasts and lunch cafe. My wife had the early bird combo which is a good value if your not a hearty eater. I tried the Corned beef hash which was okay and could be a lot better if they mixed the Corned beef with their flavorful home fries instead. Give them a try if your in the area.
