Today i came in for my usual sandwich, i always request if they can add onions before toasting my sandwich. Michael suggested it would be even better if he toasted it on the side and then add it in my sandwich for a better flavor. He then went the above and beyond to finish my order with enthusiasm!! I love people who love their job and what they do! and he definitely was right, the onions tasted wayyy better in my sandwich. Thank youuu I’ll be back :)

Ample space to eat inside, place is clean. Potbelly sandwiches tastes good, try wheat bread and don’t forget to ask hot peppers if you would like to add bit spice to your sandwich. I am not a big fan of their soups. When we visited this shop, I felt like this is seriously short staffed as there are only 2 guys struggling to serve weekend customers. But they were fast, we didn’t wait longer.

I ordered the Powerhouse salad and replaced the eggs for extra chicken, which cost an additional $4+. Looking at this salad, I question whether they added the additional chicken. If they did, it’s not worth the extra $4.

The 'Italian' sandwich was good. Unique decorations and style which I liked as well. More like subway than Quiznos in taste.
