Always a great time here. The environment is quaint, modern, intimate, and the flavors they serve are reminiscent food I grew up eating, but with a fresh new mindset. My recommendations are: •the chicken and waffles with guava sauce is you cant decide on sweet or savory •the pisto machego, a flavorful Spanish inspired succotash served with a side of buttery toasted Cuban bread •the yuca fries with housemade cilantro garlic dipping sauce Definitely coming back

The food was delicious and the service was great. My husband had the pluma ibérica - my first time trying it — so soft and flavorful, with the perfect sear. Highly recommend this small gem of a restaurant. The wine selection is ample. I opted for a sangria and it was a nice size with fresh fruit. The cappuccino was great too. We will be back.

Best Shakes In Hialeah! The name fits its best drink "Trigo" shake. Oh and they offer dairy free shakes as well. Love their unique breakfast menu and lunch options. Truly a hidden gem 💎 in Hialeah. The pictures speak for itself. Definitely will be coming back!
