For a chain restaurant I feel that the service and food were great. Appetizers were a little slow to come out but we were warned about it prior. Main dish were the teriyaki steak skewers which were delicious.

Nothing met my standards. That is because my standards were far too low and it was far too perfect. We were served a lot by Carly and she was the best server I've ever had. We were a group of a dozen and she met us with a smiling face and didn't mind serving us at all. The food was the perfect temperature and came at a good pace. Carly was amazing to talk to and we made sure to tip extra because she made it such an enjoyable night. If she sees this, THANK YOUU!!!! <33

This place is an absolute trainwreck. I don't know who is running it, but they are clearly in the wrong business. Long wait to start, despite many open tables. The food took so long, I was actually embarassed for them. Steak was cooked wrong, and way over seasoned. The entire staff looked miserable to be there, especially the hostesses. I could hear other tables nearby complaining a lot about their experience too. I've consistently enjoyed Outback for decades. This specific location though, was an exception. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.

The food was decent, except for the blooming onion, which was abysmal. Burnt so bad you couldn't taste onoin at all. First time I've ever had one that overcooked. The manager took it off our bill. Great waitress. My steak, medium well, was a little tough. No wait, and on a Father's Day, but the onion was so bad it took away from our experience.
