I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits the experience with the “manager”….Ericka, has been consistently unpleasant. Ordering when she’s working feels less like normal customer service and more like being rushed through a race. The moment you step up to order it feels like there’s an invisible timer running. If you take more than a second to decide or ask a simple question, the impatience and attitude are very obvious. After shopping at IKEA Hicksville, wanted to try something different. We're not huge Tex Mex fans, but wanted to try the fare and this place was on the way to the LIE. Ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later. Restaurant looked clean and bright, servers were courteous and cheerful. The food here, like at Chipotle and Moe's, etc. isn't bad. It's just the appearance of a bunch of ingredients all kind of slopped onto a soggy, recycled (maybe?) paper bowl. Rude staff. Rude for no reason. Poor quality food, poor portions. Overall terrible place! Had to walk out because the staff refused to give me extra sour cream. Was disrespected and she seemed to not care, seems like it stems from management.
