The service at this location was extremely slow, and the environment was noticeably unclean. Several employees were standing around instead of maintaining cleanliness, and others were using their phones while on the floor, engaged in personal conversations. My order was scheduled to be ready at 8:50 PM, but I did not receive it until 9:00 PM. Additionally, I observed staff handling multiple surfaces with the same gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Normally the food here is fine. Tonight, however, it was terrible. My burrito bowl was swimming in sour cream, despite my order indicating light sour cream, to the point of being inedible. It also had about five pieces of chicken total. Oh, and the rice was crunchy. My son's burrito was half the size of normal. Maybe they were overworked or something but it was no bueno.

Dishes pulled high , with no clean dishes to prep more food. They were out of brown rice , but couldn’t prep more for the lack of clean dishes. Drink machine completely out of ice , customers couldn’t get ice for their drinks. Tables were filthy , and not being cleaned. Which lead to no where for customers to sit. N Main store used to be fantastic! We go every week. Recently there has been a huge decline in everything. Sometimes they are open, sometimes not. Sometimes they have all varieties, Sometimes not. Friendliness is optional the same with cleanliness. The management and staff has changed, perhaps that's the problem. Decided to try the S Main location and it was a hot mess. Come on Chipotle get your act together. You used to be great, try doing that again please.
