We visited on Friday evening just as the dinner rush was starting. Our server was very friendly and efficient. It is on open concept however the booths are roomy and offered enough separation the noise level was not at all bothersome. We ordered our drinks and the onion dip appetizer and that was very good. For entrees we got the SOB burger and meatloaf sandwich. Both were very good and hand made patties. We had intended on ordering desert but were too full to order anything. Still had leftovers to bring home.

We were passing through the area. Had a poor experience at a previous location and googled this location and desided to give it a try. We are glad we did!!! Welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Our server Alex was amazing and attentive. His sister took over for him and she was sweet. Upon arrival, we noticed their hostess/seating procedure is very inefficient and unorganized. The group before us was told they didn't have room for their party and was told they would have to wait. They stood in the way and looked over menus, all while blocking us from getting to the host counter. By the time they went outside to wait they came right back in 30 seconds later. After finally being able to speak to the hostess, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. There's not really a waiting area either. I came here with family after hearing a few people mention it and it turned out to be a pretty good choice. The place had a relaxed vibe and we didn't have to wait too long before getting seated. Food came out fresh and hot, which I always notice right away. I ordered a burger with fries and my wife got pasta, both tasted really good and portions were decent too. The staff checked on us a couple times without being over the top. One small thing, drinks took a little longer than expected, but nothing that really ruined the experience.
