The hotel has a really cool, upscale boutique feel to it, but it’s completely relaxed and welcoming. I stayed in one of their studio rooms and was so impressed. It felt brand new, incredibly clean, and had a great view of the mountains. The bed was super comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving and exploring. We grabbed drinks and dinner at the Bear Springs Bistro right downstairs. Perfectly located if you’re visiting Yaamava and they’re sold out or you don’t want to pay their sky high room rates. Room was nice enough. Love that there’s free parking and the shuttle service is great too. The bartender was super sweet and took great care of us. The front desk needs a little training - my room number was announced to anyone in the lobby. Any front desk agent worth their salt knows not to do that. Room service breakfast was terrible. Stayed here for a couple nights and it was...ok. Note to others about the accessible rooms (G11+G15) they are right across from the kitchen, which due to the 24 hour room service, workers are constantly slamming the door. It was seriously every half hour, and being next to the pool as well, it can get noisy. Not very ideal for a quiet weekend. The room service was good, and everyone was as nice as expected (especially Ruby, who was very helpful with our check in process). Between the noise, dated features, and barely working room tablet, we unfortunately won't be staying again.

We had an incredible experience working with Bear Springs Hotel to provide balloon decor and custom 49ers marquee numbers for a private watch party! The event was held in a stunning private outdoor area in the back, which created the most amazing atmosphere. The hotel went all out with 49ers-themed catering, decor, and a massive projector to display the game — it was definitely a vibe! Working with the staff was a total joy.
