IN HIGHLAND PARK, CALIFORNIA. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO PLUG IN YOUR PHONE!! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE CHARGING PORTS WITH CHAIRS BY THE FRONT DOOR. THE STORE IS CLEAN, THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE FOOD AT THIS JACK IN THE BOX IS FRESHLY COOKED AND WELL PREPARED . THANK YOU.

No fountain drinks were available. I know it’s Jack in the Box, but I got the driest, oldest fries, and the chicken sandwich was also dry and even smelled old. Very disappointing.

Waited in line for about 20mins, Soo long they turned the timer off. The food wasn't good at all. My hash brown tasted like it sat out all day. My taco's were chewy. I ordered a strawberry shake & the machine went out mid fill up. Then the lady had to refill the machine so she asked me if i could park in front after about 8mins of waiting. A line of about 4 cars formed behind me. Ridiculous
