This was my second visit at Orchid Thai. We had one appetizer, two Thai teas and two entrees. Including tax and tip we spent around $60. BUT!!!! Today was the first time that I noticed they had cheesecake in the cooler up front. So I grabbed a piece for the road. I was told it was made in-house this morning. That was good news to hear but still it doesn't mean it's good. Right? Let me tell you, this is probably the best cheesecake I've ever had. The Orchid Thai was the destination for Saturday lunch, and Orchid Thai did not disappoint. The Thai Beef Salad, medium heat was my selection for a hot June day. The salad was cold, crispy, the beef flavorful, and the dressing amazing. The salad is a main course size, or easily shared among three. The medium spice was spot on. I would suggest a bit smaller cut on the tomatoes and cucumbers, or serve with a knife.
