The ice cream is always delicious but when it comes to the other items that require more work (radpados, diablitos, or any other customized frozen treat) the items are hit or miss. Some employees make excellent stuff while others add too much syrup and all the sugar tends to ruin the great. I've noticed that the females are a lot better with prepping and satisfying, the male employee tends to make it inconsistent and have a heavy hand with the snow cone syrup.

I've been here a few times already a little worried per some reviews regarding the service. But so far I've been helped politely and can say that my items have been prepared as I wait. My kids love the Mango Diablitos. Honestly yes sometimes it takes a little long as they are preparing online orders as well but they make you aware I've been help by the same lady the few times seems to be the one of the owners.
