Used to eat at this location four to six times per month. We tip extremely well at full service restaurants where servers typically make less than minimum wage. They earn and deserve their tips. Consumers are increasingly fed up with companies pushing for tips on point of sale payment screens for employees simply handing customers their orders. The additional posted 5% service charge on all orders was the final straw. Once that was posted, we have never been back.

Overall, a good experience as always. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Wahoo bowl with chicken. For some reason the chicken was dry and not tender this time, which is unusual. I was thinking about the difference in value between the Wahoo bowl at $13.50 and a bowl at Chipotle for $9. There’s no comparison when you look at quality and value. Chipotle wins hands down.
