My favorite coffee shop by miles. My dogs and I love this place, and the dogs I walk from Brewers Hill, Highlandtown, and Canton literally drag me here. They always get lovings and treats so High Grounds holds a special place in their hearts. Mickey and Josh are amazing and every barista they hire is elite. I’m pretty sure Eden is a witch, but the vibe she brings is immaculate. It’s possible she cast a curse on me that keeps me coming back. I’m not mad about it. The seating in the front is nice, but the dogs and I love the back area. It has a couch that is perfect for chilling and cuddling.

Been going here for about 4 years and the overall vibe has been perfect from the start. The staff and locals are always friendly and great to talk to. It's also nice to just come in, put on some headphones, and work or play games on your laptop/tablet/phone. This is my local coffee place and even though I don't come in everyday, the staff still recognize me and my regular (boring) coffee and food order.

I love this coffee shop. They roast their coffee in house and have a variety of origins to try. They have pastries from a local bakery, and they make a great egg and cheese (maybe a secret, but they let me put brie (!!!) on it) bagel. The staff are amazing, and most times there are one or two regulars at the counter. I often time see people working in the backroom where they have some tables and wifi. And lastly, they have a trivia question of the day, where if you get it right, you get a free cup of coffee. Fantastic place!

Really cute cafe and the employees were super nice and volunteered right away to remake my drink after I didnt like it (an iced vanilla oatmilk latte) the first time. However, even after remaking it was still watery and the espresso tasted off. They did say they were working with a new machine so maybe that had something to do with it. However, I think maybe they put ice directly in the hot espresso so it melts and makes it more of an americano. It's a shame because the café has great reviews, so maybe this was a one-off experience. However, I certainly wouldnt go there for an iced drink again
