Every once in a while, Coffee and a donut seems like a good idea. I guess I should say use to be a good idea. I’m traveling in a RV. Last night I stayed at a Cracker Barrel and Dunkin’ Donuts is next door. You don’t really think about it but 4:30 in the morning no one is there? What happened to “time to make the donuts”? It’s now 7am…. I decide coffee and a donut! I go in…. Nice people and order 2 cake donuts chocolate icing and extra large coffee. Nope, only yeast with chocolate icing. No. Ok, give me 2 powdered donuts and coffee. Nope, and no jelly filled????? Wha

Terrible Dunkin location. Terrible service. Location needs cleaning. Staff has bad attitude.

the store hours were listed as opening at 5 am. got there a few minutes after 5 and the door was still locked. after a few minutes the 1 employee came and unlocked the door and told me he had nothing ready. no coffee no donuts or anything. If they are not going to be ready at their opening time then they need to change their hours or hire more help if they need to to be ready to open at their posted time. I will not be going back to this location.
