Pizza is decent for as busy as it always is i definitely had higher expectations so gave it a try. But the customer service from the employees was great from the phone call to order & again once in there picking it up.

Haven't been in a long time. Ordered today. New ordering app was a mess. 1 hour wait time for pickup. No one at counter at arrival. Had to ask someone to check to see if my pizza was ready. Given a box with the correct order information. Got home and it was the wrong pizza in the box.

The last two times we ordered here the pizza has been quite burned. Not sure if it’s just this location as never had a burned pie from the Grandview location. I’m sure if I called they would make me a new one, but we got it for pickup and don’t feel like waiting 15 minutes and driving 20 minutes roundtrip. Just feel like it’s pretty easy to do a spot check of the pizza before it goes out to prevent this.

Depending on who's working, you'll get 10/10 service or 6/10 service but it's always good pizza. Have been eating here almost weekly for the last 5 years. Not sure why the rating is only 3.9. It's a very well run store with great promotions and amazing pizza. I guess the only people who actually leave reviews are the few disgruntled ones. I give this location a B+!
