Great service and a good selection of items on the menu. Omelettes are very tasty. Biscuits were a bit too soft. They need a bit of a crunchy crust I think. Hash browns were soggy on the inside despite a nice golden color on the outside. Coffee comes with refills which is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a fast service. You are handed the menu and allowed to sit anywhere you like, which is also great. Windows are too high so you cannot see the outside. As soon as my family walked in we were tripping over a wet floor sign right in the walkway entrance to the restaurant. Service was not terrible. Food was beyond mediocre. Plan and boring. All sauce and dressings were from a bottle. Steak was a poor cut and cooked wrong; well done on half and raw on the other. The BLT was made as cheaply as possible. 0 effort was put into the food. That was the first and last time we will ever spend money in that establishment.

This was my first visit to Sunset Grill, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few highs and lows. We arrived right when they opened at 8:00 AM and were the first ones there, so we were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and took our order right away, which was a great start. I ordered the “Farm For Special,” which includes a biscuit topped with homemade corned beef hash, sausage gravy, and two eggs. Stopped by for brunch with my wife. We split the big boy special. It's biscuits and gravy with corned beef hash covered in country gravy and two eggs. The biscuits were griddle cakes-aka-pancakes, the hash was real corned beef with under cooked hash browns; I was pleasantly surprised by the real corned beef. The premade boxed gravy was the real disappointment here. Nasty, flavorless, and unpleasant texture. Our server however was friendly and came by several times to check on us.
