She does the cooking and he runs the front end. When you walk in, grab a menu, and then sit down. They have only a few tables but they get everyone fed and served quickly. The food is top notch. Some of the best pho I’ve had. We have tons of Vietnamese restaurants in my home town and this was definitely one of the best I’ve had.
