I generally have a lot of respect for Chick-fil-A because they are usually so on top of things, especially with their speed and customer service. However, I am beyond disappointed with my experience today. ​I sat down to eat my sandwich and was shocked to find that the chicken was completely undercooked. As you can see in the photo, the inside is gray, slimy, and clearly raw. It’s honestly disgusting to look at, let alone think about eating. ​Serving raw poultry is a major health and safety issue, and I expected much better quality control from a brand that prides itself on "A" plus service. this location deserves more than 5 stars. there wasn’t one staff member who didn’t greet us, but terrance in particular was so special. he was so kind to us, and was amazing with my daughter. she played with all her toys while enjoying the fries. it was so warm in here and i will be back over and over

I always get the best service here ! But last night was just OUTSTANDING !! I was driving home late w my son and realized they were still open for 5 more minutes. I usually don’t do that but just had to last night and they took such good care of us. I just wanted a few bites so I got my son and I a meal to share but when we got to the window they politely asked me if he would like an ice cream cone too. Now I usually wouldn’t do that either but I couldn’t say no to the sweet gesture. And they didn’t even stop there. While waiting on the meal they presented us with a little cow stuffed animal.

The food is definitely hit or miss these days, just like any other long-standing restaurant. Typically, the quality of the food decreases while the prices increase. Yet, it's still one of those fast food places I prefer over any other restaurant.
