Literally the saddest bagel I have ever had. Got the herby turkey sandwich and there was virtually no cream cheese on it, about one piece of turkey and not much else. And the iced coffee was brown water.

The hash brown was absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how to explain it. What I got was not a hash brown. It was a cheesy, sour cream, eggy lump. 1.99 for this crap?? Absolutely not. I don’t have a picture because that crap went STRAIGHT in the trash! ❗️DONT BUY THIS!!❗️

I’m not sure what happened to Brueggers the last year or two. The quality is way down and the bagels have changed. I’ve been eating here for 40 years (Boston, Milton and HINGHAM) and to be honest I won’t be back unless some changes are made. First the order of system changed from ordering from the person making your bagel to a cash register and this changes the experience for the worse. Don’t like it and I miss the old way. Second is quality. Something has changed significantly. With the recent renovations I don’t see the old oven and kettle that we could watch the baker making bagels in. Do

I just can't give a true five star without being able to get my salt bagel. Other than that, when I arrived there was about 20 people in line but it went extremely fast and before I knew it.I had a hot sandwich in my hands. The staff was doing its best to keep up with how many people were coming in. The bagel was fresh and soft and delicious. Is there is plenty of parking here too.
