I’m honestly disgusted with how far McDonald’s has fallen. Every single visit feels like a gamble between barely edible food and straight-up disappointment. The fries are either cold and stale like they’ve been sitting out for hours, or so over-salted they’re practically inedible. The burgers look nothing like what’s advertised—sloppy, smashed, and thrown together with zero care. The service is even worse. Employees act like taking your order is a personal inconvenience, and mistakes happen almost every time. Missing items, wrong orders, or food that looks like it was rushed out without a sec

Came here at 12:30 AM, and despite it being the middle of the night, staff was very personable and friendly. Food was hot and on point. Rosie was so sweet (in the drive-through), as was the big black guy who handed us our food. They had smiles on their face and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we’re happy customers, customized our meals as requested. Highly recommended McDonald’s location and midnight staff. You’ll get great service and great smiles!

Horrible experience. Ordered at 802pm. Waited 18 minutes pulled forward for order. Watched drive thru empty and all cars pulled get orders. Decided didn't want. When order came asked for refund gave change to "round up" so I wouldn't have change brought back change. Argued to get a dollar instead of 90 cents. Complained online. No response except store would contact. 6 days later email says cas closed. Called 180p was told store closed case cause they tried to contact and couldn't. Never attempted. Ban McDonald's stay away.

I've never been treated so poorly by employees. The woman gave me dirty looks and I told her to have a nice night and she just met me with another dirty look. Then when I called in to speak with the manager, he hung up on me. He barely spoke English which is concerning and was also rude. If I am spending my money somewhere, I expect some sort of respect.
