I ordered double meat on a BMT and when I got home, it barely had any meat on it. I called them and the guy gave me attitude about his lack of sandwich-making skills. Poor and rude behavior. I thought they would have gotten better, but they are still rude and have plenty of poor attitudes. Avoid this location at all costs; there are better Subway locations in the area.

Ordered last night, gave both my wife and i food poisoning. I ACCIDENTLY ordered from this one i knew better but didnt pay attention. This one has never gotten my sandwiches right and last night was no different. Go to the subway off of 6, they make the food correct and dont give u food poisoning.

8 months ago I had 5 star review for this location. Every single time we went our sandwiches were made great. On time. (Maybe a few minutes-literally like 2 and they were very apologetic and it didn't even matter) Lately this location has really been bad. There is a male who works there who always has a very bad attitude. An African American man, and while he has the meals done on time when he's working or within a few minutes of time it says, they're never right. Toasted sandwiches, are not toasted, sandwiches that aren't supposed to be toasted-get toasted. But his major setback is his attit

Sadly, service was given with a frown. When we asked for extra toppings, we were given a frown. Extra was given.... .... we even tried making little silly jokes to try and get a smile... but was given cold stares. We've ordered from the lake park ave location on many occasions and had many different workers... but none have been friendly or even polite. The food was average, not terrible, just average. But getting a friendly face really does make a difference. Tonight... we went to the hobart location near Equippers church on ridge road. We saw smiles and friendly faces.... much nicer env
