Came here with my boyfriend to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and it was such a special meal. I can’t remember our waitress’s name, but she was incredibly kind and attentive. It truly felt like being taken care of by family. We started off with the calamari and the baby meatballs, both of which were delicious and we would absolutely get again. For our mains, I had the chicken parm and my boyfriend had the chicken marsala. Both dishes were excellent and full of flavor. The dirty martinis were also excellent. This is definitely a must visit spot if you’re in Hoboken.

Best chicken parm of my life, sauce, chicken, cheese, pasta, just insanely good. “Sunday sauce” rigatoni dish also incredible with the meat set aside. Fra diablo lobster tails and mussels with linguine also perfectly spicy and ridiculously good. The bread is freshly baked and just crazy delicious. The ice cream “affogato” dessert was amazing. I think the key is the best red sauce you’ll ever taste in your life. Denise at the bar made us feel like we were eating at home. Plain and simple? Don’t. Called a month in advance for a romantic birthday reservation for two and was told I would be called two days before to confirm the reservation. Left to wonder how to find a new last minute alternative if they were unable to confirm. Red flag there. No credit cards accepted so no points or cash back. Red flag two. Not enough good words exist to describe this place. From the moment I called for the reservation, to the moment we left, we had nothing but wonderful interactions. The food was to die for and they have SO MANY gluten free options (gf chicken parm, hello!!). Everyone was so friendly and I absolutely cannot wait to go back. We called a week ahead and ended up getting a table for 4 at 530 pm. It is cash only but very reasonably priced. I sadly took no pictures but I’d highly recommend visiting.
