Very nice staff and bartender knows how to make a good drink! Receipt said server name was Aaron so if he’s your server, you’re in good hands. I had a good drive and two pink clovers. Both amazing!!! Pink clover is in the picture. I ordered some bao buns to go. They were pretty good but smaller than I expected. There was only one piece of shrimp in the shrimp bao bun but it was okay considering I got the happy hour deal for them. Short rib was the more hefty one in terms of filling I’d say. I was too tipsy so I forgot to take a picture of the buns.

This is a week delayed but I wanted to make sure I left a good review!! I normally come here for happy hour or a quick drink with friends. For this evening, I was having dinner with my sister in laws (so 3 people). They picked this place based on vibes and knowing there was a DJ. Last minute, the rest of our family decided to join. Dear Maud is a great spot overall and definitely worth checking out! The ambience is really lovely - perfect for a relaxed evening or a nice dinner out. The drinks were also excellent, well-made and enjoyable. Food-wise, the crispy rice with tuna is a must-try - easily one of the highlights of the meal. The chicken bao buns were good, though the bao-to-chicken ratio felt a bit off, so you end up tasting more of the bun than the filling. The burrata pizza was delicious and something I’d happily order again. The pesto rigatoni pasta was just okay - not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. I
