My experience at this McDonald’s has been consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, and mistakes with orders happen far too often. On one occasion, they sold me a hamburger without the meat — yes, without the meat. Today, my husband was the one who picked up our order, and once again there were problems: he was given water instead of lemonade, and we ordered a lemonade mixed with sweet tea but received only sweet tea. This is beyond ridiculous. I asked for fresh food. I also ordered specifically a filet o fish with extra cheese plus pickle, it was not fresh. They literally gave me an old filet O fish and slapped more cheese on it. This is so unacceptable.

I just bought an order of three hamburgers, and when I got home, there were only two hamburgers in the bag...I consider the overcharging and the carelessness—as well as the disregard for my time and the fact that a third person was left without a meal—to be a complete lack of respect.
