I have reviewed over 100 sushi restaurants. This place is a 5. The fish was very fresh. Very Thick cut sashimi/Nigiri, no skimping here. Well executed rolls. Son had fried rice and it was high quality chicken prob breast meat, fresh veggies. Nothing was amiss and the service was awesome. Definitely coming back anytime I am in Holland.

Mizu Sushi continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. We usually order takeout, but this time we decided to dine in, and as always, the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The quality and consistency keep us coming back. One thing I especially appreciate about this restaurant is the staff. There is a longtime server who is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything going on in the restaurant. Very busy sushi restaurant in the heart of Holland. Balance of staff and professionalism was good with attentive service. Table cleaning with a spray is somewhat annoying as they tables are close and with eating outside in the wind kinda ruined it for me, but nothing that spring on the rag could fix ahead of time couldn’t solve and situational awareness. Bathrooms could use some TLC and same with the spicy Ramen which I mentioned to my waitress was missing flavor. Sushi was good and decently priced and most of the staff do a good job of providing a welcoming experience so that was nice. Does g
