Onion rings live up to the great reviews! We had them with the bleu cheese dip and it was perfection! The best onion rings I ever had, truly made fresh to order. Had to wait 10 min. The fried dill pickles were just okay. I wouldn't get them again. Paired well with the ranch dip. The coconut cream pie was very good. Highly recommend. Tastes best chilled, it melts if you leave at room temp for too long and texture is not as great. I wanted to try the pigs in a blanket but they said it would take 25 minutes to make. I'm sorry I can't remember our servers name, it might have been Megan.... Young, blonde hair ponytail.... Anyways she was great! I got the soup and salad bar. There was a lot of brown and wilted lettuce but you could pick through it fairly well. The broccoli cheddar was pretty good. Mostly basic items and several that needed filled or cleaned up that I did see one waitress go over and do something and I let her know there wasn't anymore cheese and she thanked me. This is your standard diner became a restaurant at some point, local restaurant that's been around forever, cheap but decent food place. For the most part, everything here is good, but very little of it is exceptional, except for the pricing. Highly recommend if you're visiting, and need food without feeling like you're spending your entire vacation budget on restaurants.

I had the Reuben, Onion Rings and Coffee. It's a shame they don't serve breakfast all day. I really wanted to have their stuffed French toast. I had that about 15 years ago, and it has seared a memory of an obscenely high calorie dessert that they call breakfast. The onion rings were the best of my meal that evening.
