The staff members were friendly, polite, and very attentive throughout the visit. They greeted customers warmly, explained the menu clearly, and ensured the food was served hot and on time. Their positive attitude and fast service made the dining experience even better. Another thing I appreciated was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The tables, kitchen area, and dining space were spotless and well maintained. The restaurant also had a lively and comfortable atmosphere that made it enjoyable for both casual meals and group gatherings.

We hit a busy moment which is understandable, so it took a couple minutes to get seated but once seated we didn’t get served at all. I watched tables that were seated after me get served and eat in the time that I waited to be served. Once I was able to get a server he said to give him a moment and never returned so ultimately had to get takeaway. The eggs weren’t good, bread was soggy, at best the chia pot was nice. Overall highly disappointed with how I was treated.

Food, service, and ambience are all amazing!! But I can't speak enough for how cool and relaxing the setting is in general- especially the lounge area. It has art, games, music, drinks, big windows with a great view, and more. As for food, I enjoyed my croissant with the curried chicken salad. The grapes and nuts were a great addition to the chicken salad portion. My mom's strawberry cheesecake waffles and chai latte were so so good too. We also got the Santa Barbara juice at the end and it was very refreshing. I'll need the hydration to carry me through my day at Disney, lol. Overall, as ou

I love this place. I miss the french toast though :( Edit: they brought back a version of the french toast they used to have. But it's not the same. I liked the previous version better. Still worth trying for anyone who likes french toast. I give it a 3 out of 5. I've also tried the cinnamon toast waffles. I give those a 3.5 out of 5. Pretty good from what I remember. Jane Q is still an awesome place and the staff has always been friendly, so they can keep my 5 stars. 😉
