I ordered beef fried rice and chicken wings. Fried rice is normal, and chicken wing was awful because it has spoiled smells on 2 pieces of wing out of 10 pieces. I told the owner about spoiled wings, he reaction was priceless. He said "ohhhhhh". And doing nothing. I wouldn't come back here again.

So, I remember the first time I ate at American 🇺🇸 Deli. It was at Century Plaza Mall in Birmingham, Alabama. Food was good back then and still is now. My friends and I decided to go here for lunch today. The eatery will always get a five star rating from me. If company has more than two location it is doing something right. Below are pros, cons, and pic’s. Pros: Great atmosphere Clean Friendly service Freshly served food at appropriate temperature To go meals served promptly and never have to wait Variety of dishes and beverages Servers/cashiers are knowledgeable and professional

I have been here before. Maybe there is new management or new staff(cooks). I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED and angry, and hingry. I was at work when we took orders and went and waited in line. Sitting at my desk waiting for this. And they are charging $14.99 for this! How!? Inflation is high but is unacceptable. I will not go back. My Philly cooked at home looks better than this mess.

I liked this place. Has a small seating area where you can eat in. Popular for to go orders as well. Looks like a mom and pop shop but it's actually a chain store.
