"If you're ever at Jinsei and feeling adventurous, do what we did for my 39th birthday: let your server take the reins! Our server, Kevin, was a true gem. We asked him to curate our entire meal, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Each dish he brought out was a testament to Jinsei's amazing menu and quality. Kevin's intuitive understanding of our preferences, combined with his fantastic recommendations, made for a truly seamless and delicious dining experience. 3/28/2025 Saturday: This started as a 4-star review but there's room for improvement. Located in Homewood City Hall plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The hostess gave me the option of where I'd like to sit. I chose a quiet corner with only one couple seated a row over. I asked for a paper menu instead of the QR code. Water arrived before the waitress. My waitress was "G." She pkaced my drink order (which came before I could order my meal). She was patient and explained the various menu options very well. After I placed my drink (Blackberry Mojito) and menu order, I went to the restroom.
