I really enjoyed the food and customer service here. Everything was cooked and made fresh to order. The entire menu is customizable. They have a variety of finger foods. The two things that stood out the most to me were the cheese planks and the boba drinks. I drove back to Hoover a second time just to enjoy this spot. Beats any chicken spot we have in Montgomery,AL.

I literally asked them politely to exchange my Philly cheese sandwich for something else. The sandwich didn’t look like anything I have had before and the meat is not steak! It looks like sausage and instead of accommodating my needs; they had the audacity to ask to purchase another meal!!! After I have already paid $40 on two meals. I’m very disappointed with the lack of treatment.

Stopped in for lunch, the food was really good. The lady that took my order was really kind and pleasant. They have almost anything you want to eat! Atmosphere was nice. They have TV's so it was good to watch the game.

I recently tried Hotspot Hoover. The food wasn't bad but the highlight for me was definitely the boba tea. If you're in the area and want a good boba tea, this spot is worth checking out. I will note that the customer service was excellent.
