Was given the wrong order after noticing it being correct on receipt and the tag attached to bag. Spoke with manager over the phone. Super nice although it took a minute or two for understanding. I thought it was pretty simple. Once I drove back to the restaurant began the negative attitude. The large person was rude, did not make eye contact, did apologize for THEIR mistake, was not accommodating as I had to drive back up there from Memphis, and customer service was off. I had one of the best biscuits yesterday for lunch I've ever had. Whoever was making them on 5/1/26 needs a raise. Light, fluffy, and rose to about an inch and a half tall. Good job!
