Cafe 1217 is a cozy little café serving soups, salads, and light lunch options. When you walk in to order at the counter, you’re greeted by a tempting display case filled with baked goods. The setup is casual and easy. Order at the counter, grab a glass and help yourself to drinks, and when your food is ready, they’ll call your name for pickup. I ordered the pot pie, which comes with a side salad, and couldn’t resist adding a slice of Italian cream cake. The cake was the standout. Food & staff are on point. Helpful & tasty! Turtle brownie was great! They have many baked goods to choose. i got their version of the Monte Cristo and it was good (always ♥️ when raspberry jam is included). Wife got four different salads and like then all (especially impressed with the cauliflower one). Cafe is a bit higher priced but was worth it. Would come back, so yes, recommend.

This is such a cute place! And the coffee is good. It's brewed only, but very pleasant. I had the avocado bagel, but everything on their menu board looked like it would be delish. And they could easily be made for your preference, because all the menu items are made to order, the server said. Their dessert case was amazing. I didn't have dessert, but I was really wanting the Black Forest pie; it looked yummy! I'll come again when next I'm in Hot Springs.

Amazing! We had the southwestern Cobb salad, bacon ranch chicken salad sandwich with chips, kids cheese quesadilla, and kids PB with apples and honey sandwich. Everything was delicious! Definitely going to be a regular stop for us. The ginger juice and minted lemonade were superb as well! Service was great and fast. Bathrooms clean. All around good spot.
