It was a comfortable little place. It definitely had that home type of feel to it. Our waitress was super friendly & she answered any questions we had. She actually helped me figure out what I wanted. I asked for her suggestion between 2 different thing's & let me tell you I'm glad I took her suggestion & got an Omelet, it was delicious. This spot is one to visit in my book.

When you walk you seat yourself. The setting is in what looks to be a home and its comfy. Service was good and the servers were helpful and kind. My family tried a little of everything and the food was delicious. The pancakes were fluffy with a crispy edge, the eggs were velvet and buttered, toast was fantastic and the ham was savory. The atmosphere was interesting. They had shelves with random mugs, Disney characters and antiques. Each time you looked, you find something different. Overall, I would return to this place!

Love Higdon Square Cafe! Quaint, homey, warm and inviting...step in to smell the coffee and you'll ask "where can I sit"? Food was tasty, cooked as you ordered and coffee cup filled when you need it! Close to Oaklawn so enjoy prior to the races (Dec-May) and go back as often as you can. This will be our go to breakfast place when we are on Hot Springs.

Even though they were short staffed we had excellent service. They never let my coffee mug empty. We had the 2 egg breakfast with biscuits and sausage gravy and French toast. Everything was great! Some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Would come again
