You’ll walk in Stubby’s hungry, but leave feeling full, happy, and like you’re a part of a new family. Everything on the menu is great, but you absolutely have to try the Supreme Spud. You’ll never want BBQ anywhere else after visiting Larry and the crew here at Stubby’s!

First time here and the food was delicious. My family shared the Super combo with brisket, pork, ham, ribs, baked beans and coleslaw. Every piece of meat was falling apart tender. The owner even brought out a rack of ribs he had cooked from a new supplier and asked if we would sample them and let him know what we thought. They were delicious as well. Will definitely be back again, and tell our friends

We went there on a Sunday and it was fabulous! We chose a brisket family dinner and the portions were generous. The brisket was so tender and the spud was perfectly baked. We also had the deviled eggs, baked beans, and cole slaw. I wish I had photos of the meal, but we dug in before I remembered! If I ever visit Hot Springs again, this will be a stop on my itinerary! Well worth it!

I've been coming to this place for about 40 plus years. Its one of the places that never seems to change. Picked up some of their great barbecue sauce and had some good ribs. Love their sense of humor on their sign!
