First time coming thru and the experience was top-tier. Right from the start, Thomas and Nathaniel’s welcoming personality made my first time having the Flip ‘n Patties even better. They were both very communicative to make sure everything was right. Their speed of service was great too. Plenty of seating also. I highly recommend trying them out. 5-Stars, for sure! PS. Looking for Filipino food in the tunnels? This is it! They have an American twist with their burger selections but the rice meals is as authentic as it can be - except the Pupu rice which I don’t personally prefer as its more on the sweeter side. Serving size are good and they can do a boodle fight on a tray. Don’t sleep on the chicharon! I had the ice cream sandwich dessert here a few years ago which was the bomb but dessert menu was unavailable on my recent visit

Authentic Filipino burgers. The menu was easy to read and I like that not only were items listed on the menu, but there were also small frames which included a PICTURE and NAME of the item of interest. It was a nice touch for those unfamiliar with Filipino food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was tasty and freshly made. The prices were in line with portion sizes, which was great to see. I will definitely return to try other menu items.

Holy Cow! This place is out of this world amazing! I saw a review about their veggie burger and went to try it while on a business trip. They said they were out and wouldn't have more for an hour. I pleaded my case and they made me one in 15 minutes while I waited. So nice and accommodating! And it was worth the wait! It was also ginormous and I probably ate all my calories for the day in that burger, but wow! This appears to be a small family owned restaurant hiding in the basement of the bank building. It's a bit hard to find, but definitely worth it.
