Last night my family and I had dinner at Potente before a show at Jones Hall. The food was excellent as was the service. My daughter, (9yo), couldn’t get over the shrimp bisque. It really was outstanding. The wagyu carpaccio and grilled octopus starters were perfection and the pasta with fresh truffle shavings was absolutely decadent. We can’t wait to return to Potente soon!
