On average I eat at the N.Dixie store 2 or 3 times a month. I think it is sad how slow the team is there I order the 4 and more and sticks combo last week. When I arrived to pick it up 10 minutes early it was surprisingly ready Red Flag #1. I paid and looked at the food I could tell it had been sitting a long time. The crust was hard as a rock. I threw it away after the second bite. It tasted like cardboard and was just plain old. The only saving grace was the crazybread. On top of that the staff has no sense of urgency. It does not matter if there are 2 or 10 of them on shift they are letharg

We ordered pizzas for carry out on this last cold day. The pizza was made awful. I didn’t take it back because it was so cold. It was not made just wrong; it was poor quality. The stiff crust pizzas looked like someone went out of their way to have no toppings I. The center. It had sauce only. It looked like a plate was placed over the middle to make sure no toppings were on it. Worst pizza ever. The kids ate it but I did take a picture. I’m not even sure how you can do such a poor job making a pizza.

So i guess it's ok to ignore customers whenever you hear the door bell ring, me and 3 other customers walk in, 1 grabs their pizza because they ordered online but me and another customer waiting 10+ with zero employee interaction. I left after waiting 15 minutes just to get my order taken. Ate at fire hot chicken down the street 10/10 would recommend over this

I ordered the Italian deep dish SUPREME, it's supposed to be 2 square pizza's, there's a literal picture on the Menu. It has the correct order on the pizza box on the print out, I drove all the way home, opened the box, it was a $5 PEPPERONI HOT & READY.. I went back, showed him, he was nice & said he would remake it, & he made a ROUND SUPREME HOT &READY. I then told him again & showed him the picture above his head & said "the Italian deep dish SUPREME is square right?" He looked at me and said "oh u want it square?"..
