I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I ordered through the drive-through AI system, and almost everything about the order was wrong or poorly prepared. The bread on my sandwich was hard and cold, and my mashed potatoes were missing gravy. After being told to pull around, I waited and eventually had to go inside to fix the issue myself. They gave me the wrong replacement sandwich (chicken instead of fish), and when I finally got the correct fish sandwich, the fish was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. Manager Ken Taz took my order and served me and he was amazing! Extremely welcoming and the service was excellent! Food came out within seconds and he gave us a few extra tenders and bo-berry biscuits! I’ve been to a ton of bojangles but this was the best one I’ve ever been to by far!

Started off with the automated order taking system at the drive through taking a odd order from I assume it hearing my radio. Ordered two sausage biscuits, but when I pick up my order...even though the girl at the register loaded two sausage biscuits in my bag, she charged me for two steak biscuits and a side egg. Which almost doubled the cost of my order. When I went inside to rectify the discrepancy the manager acted as if I had done something wrong and made sure it was fixed in as complicated of a manner as possible by scanning my card at the register up front and then ordering the employee
