This is in the front of the Hampton Inn , and the drive through is a little hard to find. I drove through for a quick breakfast- had an egg and cheese biscuit and a large drink. The drive through girl was giggling as she got my order and I didn't see anyone else around her, so I'm not sure what that was about but this person does nothing to add to professionalism. I gave it a 3 because she did tell me to have a great day at the end.

Submitted Two (2) Online Refund Forms, First was the submitted the very same day as Order, Second was after Days of No Response or a File acknowledgement. Now more days have passed without a response or a refund so im leaving review since no one has internally addressed or situated this matter. Main Reason For Refund: Food Qualitv Issues: The quality of the food did not meet expectations. Supporting Details: Incorrect Order: The order did not match what was ordered, they were out of chicken breast, and substituted my chicken breast and wing with a undercooked thigh with a wing, not the same

Where to begin… My family and I are in town due to weather and drove by the bojangles. Instead of going to one of the top restaurants there like Rockies Pizza or Chilis I forced my family to go to BoJ because I really wanted chicken…. After waiting 23 minutes in line - I start to order and the guy over the speaker says we only have Fries, Bone in chicken, and steak biscuit so I order a few bone in chicken combos with light ice….. the cups were only filled with Ice and a little bit of soda, the fries were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. The customer service was bare minimum! The RATING display

This location had exceptional service & chicken was good. The entrance and set up of the parking lot/drive thru is kinda weird when google maps is routing you here. The inside of this location looks outdated & retro, but we came for fried chicken — not fine dining. My 3 p/c chicken only w/biscuit was good. The chicken was fresh and hot. I had it with texas pete hot sauce. My party got chicken strips, bo’rounds, mac & cheese, & chicken. They enjoyed their meal. The sink in the men’s bathroom doesn’t work, so that was a bummer. The dining hall was pretty empty, so it was good dining in.
