Kinda disappointed in this place. I finally had the chance to stop by. The beef was pretty good, not bad but average for a beef sandwich. I had the cheesy beef on garlic bread. I ordered the mini thinking it was at least a 6 inch but it was actually 2.5 inches, which was ridiculous, something that should be on a kids menu, and it was $9. Wow. I couldn’t taste the garlic either, maybe they forgot? Hot giardiniera was an up charge and I didn’t get any oil in it, just dry vegetables. The tables weren’t wiped and really greasy so I had to wipe mine with a napkin. Anyhow, I’m starting to see a patt

I ordered mine is a carryout first time I’ve ever been to this franchise and I was impressed. The beef was very good and a lot more than the competition gives the fries were the best fries I’ve ever had a decent meal I will go back and it wasn’t overly expensive

Went to Beef Shack today for their dollar hotdogs. Usually the hotdogs are very good and they are a great deal. The hotdogs could be hotter. The workers need to pay closer attention to the orders. I ordered 2 hotdogs to go without relish or pickles. I received 2 hotdogs with extra relish and pickles. I also got an order of fries which l did not order. Please pay more attention to the customers request. Still enjoy eating there. Tuesday's are a great hotdog deal.

the food was fantastic! shakes were great! and our server Germy went above and beyond while serving us!! definitely recommend trying their chicago dogs, & their fries were amazing!!
